After a spectacular debut in 2024, FISE Shanghai is officially back, ready to once again take over the iconic West Bund from October 16 to 19, 2025. As the second stop of the 2025 FISE World Series, following the legendary FISE Montpellier in May, this year’s edition promises to push the boundaries of urban sports with an expanded lineup and even more action. Last year, thousands of fans gathered in Shanghai’s West Bund to witness an explosive mix of world-class competition, art, music, and youth culture. This year, the festival returns bigger than ever, with new sports, fresh formats, and the same unbeatable vibe that made the first edition such a success.

The event will once again welcome some of the world’s top athletes across an exciting selection of urban sports disciplines, including two World Cup stages, all hosted on cutting-edge infrastructures designed by Hurricane Parks:

Climbing makes its Shanghai debut this year, bringing vertical thrills and raw intensity to the FISE World Series for the first time in China. The Speed Climbing competition will feature elite athletes racing against the clock on a custom-built wall, introducing a new, high-adrenaline dimension to the event.

Also joining the party: the Spine Ramp, an iconic structure synonymous with the legendary night sessions of FISE Montpellier. Now in Shanghai for the first time, it will host jam-style competitions across BMX, Scootering, Roller, and Skateboarding, delivering non-stop action and gravity-defying tricks.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the West Bund, FISE Shanghai is more than just a competition, it’s a four-day celebration of urban culture, with live music, DJ sets, art and fashion exhibitions, food courts, and activities for the whole family.

From sunrise skate sessions to sunset battles, FISE Shanghai 2025 is where sport meets creativity, and culture meets adrenaline, in the most exciting way possible.
