NO RAMPS, JUST MUSIC. So I suppose you've heard that the infamous MEGARAMP couldn't make it to Australia so f*ck it, we're having our own party! Coming to Melbourne's Festival Hall on everyone's favourite Americanised holiday, Halloween, this October the 31st are the scariest mother truckers to set foot in Australia the WU TANG (USA) with support from the King of Crunk, LIL JON (USA), and more to be announced. For the cynics out there who don¹t believe WU TANG are coming out? Six members so far have signed their lives away to come here, have endured gruelling FBI checks and have been given the scrilla! Confirmed so far are: GZA, Raekwon, RZA, Ghostface, U God and Inspectah Deck, with more members to be confirmed (just waiting on immigration visas).

What was that about a ramp? We forget...

Tickets go on sale THIS THURSDAY 15th OF OCTOBER from Ticketmaster for $90 (or $100 for limited tickets at the door).

Americans Donny Robinson (Napa, Calif.) and Arielle Martin (Pleasant Grove, Utah) finished third overall in the 2009 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup series following the fourth and final round in Frejus, France. In the fourth round final Robinson finished second, behind Australia’s Sam Willoughby in the main, to secure third in the overall series. Martin finished third in Saturday’s main behind series winner Latetia le Corguille (FRA) to grab third in the final standings.

“I was not too happy with the way I was riding and Maris, Sam and Khalen were all incredibly fast” said Robinson. “I did not have second place speed today. So l am happy with my result thanks to some good positioning and smart riding.”

Following Robinson’s second-place finish, the only other American to make the main in Frejus was last year’s winner David Herman (Wheat Ridge, Colo.), finishing sixth. Click here for complete results from the

Laëtitia Le Corguillé from France won the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup in Fréjus in one of this year’s most exciting Elite women finals. With this victory in the ultimate leg of this year’s BMX Supercross World Cup the determined French rider also secured the overall 2009 World Cup win for Elite women. Just as impressive was Sam Willoughby’s victory in France in the Elite men. The 2009 Junior World Champion claimed his second win in a World Cup event this year and with that the talented young Australian from Adelaide was also awarded 2009 overall winner.

Willoughby was not the favourite going in to the quarter finals. He finished only 17th in the time trials on Friday and he had a rough start in the 1/8 finals on Saturday. He barely qualified for the quarter finales with one point to spare. But from that moment on the young Australian was on fire winning all following heats including the main event.

Le Corguillé was only second fastest going in to the women’s finals.

After a doubtful start in qualifying motos, Australia’s Sam Willoughby scraped through by a mere point to progress on and eventually win the elite men’s BMX Supercross World Cup final round in Frejus (fray jers), France. The 18 year old from Adelaide creates history by becoming the youngest rider ever to win the overall World Cup Series plus the first Australian to claim a series win. “I had a real rough start to the day. The pressure was on but I managed to pull my head back in and refocus on the job at hand. I learnt a lot about myself today!” said Willoughby
