The revolutionary Red Bull Dirt Pipe went off in front of a very privileged crowd of onlookers, deep in Victoria’s pristine Keiwa Valley. The assembled riders arrived to yet another amazing morning and the sight of the world’s first snow inspired half pipe. The canyon-like pipe dropped riders 120 meters between huge 14-foot plus walls of perfectly sculpted dirt. In a day full of huge, progressive riding on a completely new take on BMX dirt, it was style and flow that won out above all else.

Only one Week left and the guys from the „Von der Rolle" e.V. celebrate their sixth birthday with a big jam! The best wheater, great guys and a lot of fun will be there. The fourth stop of the FISE EXPERIENCE tour took place in Rennes (west of France) this week-end. Maxime Charveron grabbed another victory in BMX Pros and Mickaël Goulme won the amateur class.

Zach Shaw sent some pics from a demo that he and Spanish fly (Eduardo Terreros) did this weekend, Marek Rejman flew them over for the day for a Demo at the O2 arena in Prague! Zach reports: Fly did not have such a good time, the airline lost his new ride and Marek took him to buy a new bike & pads for the demo, Fly missed the first demo to get the bike and in the second demo with only 10 mins riding time under his belt he did a 540 that ended with him hanging front wheel and slamming pretty hard!

It was apparent straight away that he was hurt, we ended up on the bottom of the ramp me holding a drip in Fly's arm which the first aid guys set up to help with his pain! You could tell his arm was broken in some way and after a visit to hospital they found he had broken the radial head off his right elbow (not good this happened to me a few years ago and I was lucky not to have surgery) Marek being the cool guy he is made sure that Eduardo was ok and pretty much

A bad landing in practice has eliminated 19 year old Queenslander, Melissa Mankowski, from her first chance of making the first ever BMX Olympic team at this year's Beijing Olympics. The newly crowned National Champion hurt her left knee at training on Thursday just one week away from competing in the final Olympic selection event, the World Championships in Taiyuan, China.
