How hard is it for you to get the right parts to build up a complete new bike?
Coco: It is not really hard for me because I am always looking for what's new, so by the time I need a new bike I always know what part I want.

How often do you need a new bike?
Coco: I normally change my bike when I get bored or when I find some new parts that I really want. But I would say something like every 4 months.

Do you have any sort of deal with Colony and/or Proper or 

Primo or any other bike company for 2009?
Coco: I have always been very stoked on all the products from Colony and Primo. I met Barny at Woodward West a couple of years ago and he is one of the guys over at TIP PLUS (Primo/Colony) and he helps me out whenever I need it, which I am really thankful for. But I am looking forward this year to securing a more stable bike sponsor.

How different are bikes for vert riders compared to other BMX bikes?
Coco: There is a lot of people that thinks that they are very different, especially old-school riders but each person has his owns preferences. I don't really think about it, I could say I have a dirt jumping set up! I don't care at all. There is no rules, this is freestyle! you choose whatever you like the most and I always try to have a confortable bike set up, and don't think about the rules that people put on, but I am always open to a good and smart advice.

How much pressure do you run in your tires?
Coco: For vert I normally run like 115/120. For park like 100!

How often do you have to change tubes from hang-ups?
Coco: In vert I have never had a flat tire because of a hang-up THANKS GOD, I rather land low than hang-up, if you hang up in a vert ramp hard enough like to make your tire blow up, you have a lot of chances to take a good crash, but it doesn't happened very often, that's why we use full face's helmets, for hard crashes.

What is the secret in preventing flat tires for vert riders?
Coco: Man I would say a lot of presure on your tire. In a hang up, if you run a low tire pressure, the coping will push through the tire and the tube till it hits the rim really easily. To prevent that you want to put as much presure in the tire as your tire can hold. The best are the tires that hold 120 PSI. Plus having over a 100psi, you will be able to go higher on every air that you do.
