The next UCI SX World Cup BMX race will be held in Adelaide, Australia. The Aussies are stoked to welcome the Supercross circuit to their home country and have set up a form with info for all visitors. Find the information below:

Accommodation
The official hotel group Oaks is filling up fast. In the City the Oaks Horizon and Embassy have limited amounts of accommodation from 11th April 2008. The Oaks Plaza and Liberty at beautiful Glenelg beach, which has some of the fi nest seafood restaurants around, is just a short 12 minute tram ride to the Supercross track at Adelaide Showground. Get in soon to get the best rates. (sorry no bikes permitted on trams)

Team areas
BMX Australia has secured a large building for the team area (close to the warm up area). Each country or trade team will be supplied with a space suitable for the number of riders in that team, free of charge. No need to bring pop ups. Please advise our Event Manager Darrilyn Wood on darrilyn.wood@sa.lifebeinit.org of the number of riders attending and what equipment will be brought. The sooner we hear from you the better.

Media
The organising committee has appointed Sharon Payne as media liaison for Supercross. Sharon can be contacted on sharon@bikemedia.com.au NOTE media and photographers will require accreditation. The applications for this will be on www.bmxaustralia.com.au within the next few weeks. Please do not expect to turn up without accreditation. All International media accreditation will be approved via UCI.
