Proper Bike Co is proud to announce that Max Wood is now a professional rider. Following the release of Max’s signature Trawlerman frame with Proper, Max will join Mike Miller on Proper’s payroll from September 2012. In addition to Max’s role as a rider, you can expect to see him in the office from time to time helping out with promotion and becoming hands-on with tours and team selection for all IMG Distribution’s (Proper’s UK distributor) roster of brands (including Odyssey,GSport, and Sunday).
Speaking on the addition of Max, Carlo Griggs (the owner of both Proper and IMG) said “We’re really happy to see Max progress from a little guy riding our ramps, to sponsored shredder, and now on to a full pro deal”. Max will join Mike Miller and Shaun Jinks for a Proper tour in Poland this month.
“I’m really excited to be riding full-time for Proper and can’t wait to get the ball rolling in Poland next week” said Wood.
