| Description | It's official! I am pleased to announce that the one and only premier action sports and music festival "ExtremeThing" will return this year to fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada! Mark your calendars - the date to kick off this year's event is March 31st, 2012. Thanks to Clark County Parks & Recreation, the event will be held at Desert Breeze Park on the 31st from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. All ages are welcome to attend the event. ExtremeThing 2012 will feature several new and returning activities. Two main stages and two side stages will feature the music industry's hottest bands. Two hundred of the hottest regional Amateur Skateboard and BMX Competitors will descend on Las Vegas for a stop on the nationally recognized VEGAS AM JAM Competition Series. Plus, you will see the return of the Ricardo Laguna Pro Dirt Challenge, Adrenaline Unleashed Pro Wrestling and tons of industry related vendors on site. Food and beverages will be served throughout the venue. There is also a large band merchandising area next to the stages for fans to buy their favorite memorabilia. Every year attendence increases making this one of the largest sports and action music festivals on the West Coast. Last year the event brought in over 25,000 people of all ages.
