Two weekends ago at the UCI Round 9 and 10 at the NBL Gator Nationals the BMX world got to see Tyler Brown take his first laps as a Supercross BMX Factory Team member. After privateering on a Supercross EVO iS at the start of the season it seemed like it was only going to be a matter of time before Tyler joined the Supercross BMX family. "After hanging out in the Supercross pits at the Goodyear Nationals and UCI race where Tyler took his first UCI Podium and then after hanging out with Sammy in Madrid where Tyler made his

Never mind the photo quality. They're nude, they're on BMX bikes and there are three of them. You're 21 or older, right? Come on, don't break the rules now.

Hyper Bicycles is proud to announce that they have signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with “dR” Donny Robinson. Among the sports most decorated elite, dR’s seemingly endless career has earned him accomplishments such as the 2006 National Bicycle League #1 Pro honor, 2006 UCI Supercross Series Title, 2007 National Champion and Winner of the 2007 Olympic Test Event in Beijing. Having ridden for Hyper in the past, this partnership, for Donny, has roots that date back to the early 90’s.

BMX wasn't invented in the United States of America. It was invented in The Netherlands by kids who rode bikes and imitated the motorcross riders. One of the first ever Bicycle Motocross riders was Ton van Heugten, shown on the photo with the # 5 plate (year: 1958), who later on became world champion in sidehack racing. We received sad news today. In the night of 26 March Ton van Heugten died of a heart attack, he was 62 years old. Let's pop a wheelie for Ton next time we ride. May he R.I.P.

We normally don't refer to posts on other sites but the interview with Andy Ruffell on Old Skool UK is pretty damn good. Dale Holmes is so stoked on it he sent me the info three times. You might have to sign up to read it which kept me away at first but then I noticed that I was already signed up. Get something to drink first, and a snack because this one will keep you busy for a little while. Here's what OLDSKOOLUK had to say: It took a while but now after tracking Andy down in Miami over four months ago, It’s here, live, straight to the point, controversial and definitely well worth the wait! - In his first BMX interview for over 20 years Andy talks Mongoose, March and Money!
With questions from Fleming, Shooter, Wood, Hill, Rupe, Schofield, Mike Pardon and Eddy King this has to be the scoop of the century!...

It was a bit of a shocker when it started snowing in the beginning of the week. It didn't seem to stop either. But when checking the Sugar Hills earlier today the snow had melted and the sand was in perfect condition. After a bit of shaping the main line was rideable and by Saturday all will be good. The sun is on order so bring them sunglasses. The OJA evening program will have the following live bands: El-Conjo and 30 seconds remaining. Bring earplugs just in case. Electronical DVD premier starts at 8pm. See you soon.

Ricarco Laguna's jam over in Las Vegas is happening this weekend. Same as the Mini-FAT-JAM. The Las Vegas practice time schedule has seen a few changes that you can find below. The Mini-FAT-JAM practice schedule has not been touched. Let's hope the sun shines in Las Vegas (likely) and Aarle-Rixtel (rather unlikely). Practice starts at 5 pm NOT at 3 pm and ends at 8 pm NOT at 9 pm this Friday March 28. Saturday March 29: 11 am to 4 pm practice and comp starts at 4:30 pm

Dude, a company has to work hard these days to promote a new T-shirt design. Steve Crandall had to dig to send us 5 photos so we would actually post a photo of their new T-shirt design. The crazier the better of course and Steve sent us the new DIG ad, the boys having fun at a fire, Derrick Girard doing a burn-out on his motorcycle and two photos of the actual T-shirt. Well, it's who they are and what they do. If you're into doing the same thing you might want to contact them to see if they've got some new shirts left.

Well, here it is. First of all, one million apologies for the delay. It really took more than we expected. Choosing the best distributor for Flybikes was not easy. We had to think about many things, but we couldn´t be happier with the result. Good things usually take time…. Flybikes will now be distributed through QBP and GREENHOUSE. Both distributors are already receiving stock in about 10 days so shops can go ahead and contact them. The reason we have chosen two distributors are many. One important one is that it will be easier to have stock of all our stuff available all the time. This was something that we needed to improve. Most of the shops already know about QBP; how well they work and their amazing values, especially on environmental issues. I wish all the companies would follow their steps….
